Materials
500 mL:
- 2.5 g Tryptone
- 1.25 g Yeast extract
- 0.5 g Glucose
- 4.25 g NaCl
- 500 ml dH2O
Procedure
Mix all ingredients in a 1 litre bottle or flask, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
